How to Claim Your Profile
Find your listing, create your Mindwell account, and complete verification to start managing your profile.
Steps to Onboard and Become Verified

Find Your Profile
Look for your existing listing in our Wellness Directory. Check that the name and license belong to you then choose to claim the profile.

Claim and Create an Account
Request to claim your profile and create a Mindwell account or sign in if you already have one. Then confirm your account email. Your claimed profile stays with you while you complete onboarding.

Confirm Your Professional Details
Review your legal name and the license details linked to your listing, including license type, number, issuing state and country, and expiration date. Confirm your primary listing state and whether you see clients in person, online, or both. Add your session address or a private business address if you only work online.

Verify Your Contact Information
Add an email address or phone number clients can use to reach you. Enter the verification code sent to that contact. This method of contact is usually different from the one you used to create an account.

Set Up Your Verification Subscription
Review the annual Verified Badge subscription and save a payment method. Eligible early adopters pay — at checkout for the first year starting when verification is approved. After that, the subscription renews at —/year plus applicable taxes unless canceled before renewal.

Complete Verification and Submit
Complete the government ID and selfie checks, then submit your information for the professional license review. We may request more information if details do not match. Your claim and Verified Badge require approval. Any profile edits will not go live until your account is verified.
