The Accepting Clients Badge tells users that you report being open to new clients. It helps them decide whom to contact.
It is separate from the Verified Badge and does not verify your credentials.

How It Affects Your Listing
Show That You Are Accepting New Clients
Stand out from the crowd when you are accepting new clients and make it easier for clients to find you.
Appear in Availability Filters
Your listing can appear when users filter for "Accepting New Clients." The badge does not guarantee new clients.
Priority in Search Results
The Accepting Clients Badge gives your profile priority in search results. How much priority it receives, and when that priority applies, may change as our platform evolves.
How Coverage Works
Every profile can be listed in up to 3 ZIP codes. The Expanded Plan increases this to 5 ZIP codes. Profiles with public offices may also appear in nearby ZIP codes through guided matching, with the distance shown.
You can add up to 3 office locations where sessions occur. These addresses appear on your profile. Each office ZIP code uses one of your ZIP code slots. Multiple offices in the same ZIP code only count once. If you only offer virtual sessions, you do not need a public office location.
When users filter for in-person sessions or both in-person and virtual sessions, your selected ZIP codes determine where you appear. Virtual-only searches show eligible providers throughout the state the user searches for.
When a downgrade from the Expanded Plan takes effect, your extra ZIP code slots become inactive but stay saved. Canceling either plan removes your Accepting Clients Badge when your paid period ends. If your status was Accepting New Clients, it changes to Availability Not Confirmed.
How to Maintain Your Badge
Confirm Your Availability Monthly
Confirm that you are still accepting new clients each month. Missing the confirmation deadline hides your badge and changes Accepting New Clients to Availability Not Confirmed.
Update It When Your Practice Is Full
Turn off your availability as soon as you can no longer take new clients. Turning it off does not cancel your subscription. If you want to stop paying, cancel the plan in Billing.
Use It in Good Faith
Keep your contact details and service areas accurate. Misleading availability, bad-faith use, or violations of our Partner Terms may lead to restrictions or badge removal. Reports may prompt a review. We assess concerns case by case. A report alone does not automatically remove a badge.
Keep Your Subscription Current
Maintain your monthly plan and resolve payment issues in Billing. A hidden or removed badge does not pause or cancel your subscription. Billing continues until you cancel. To regain the badge, resolve any issues, complete missing confirmations, and meet the requirements, subject to review.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I Have Multiple Offices on the Base Plan?
Yes. Every profile supports up to 3 public session offices. Their ZIP codes count toward your plan's slots. Multiple offices in the same ZIP code count once.
Does Offering Virtual Sessions in Another State Require Expanded?
No. Both plans support eligible states backed by verified licenses. Expanded gives you 2 more ZIP code slots. Searches for virtual sessions only use statewide eligibility on either plan.
What Happens if I Downgrade or Cancel?
Once a downgrade takes effect, your first 3 ZIP codes remain active, with office ZIP codes taking priority. Extra ZIP codes stay saved. Your eligible states remain available in searches for virtual sessions only.
When your paid subscription ends, the badge is removed. If your status was Accepting New Clients, it changes to Availability Not Confirmed. Your listing keeps its 3 basic ZIP code slots. Turning off availability alone does not cancel your subscription.
Do I Need an Active Verified Badge Subscription?
You must complete initial verification and onboarding first. Your profile must stay published and eligible. If you later stop renewing your annual Verified Badge subscription, you can still purchase or keep an Accepting Clients plan.
Where Do I Manage My Subscription?
Open Billing in your Partner workspace to review your plan, manage payments, change plans, or request cancellation.
